“Meditation in Motion” – Yoga with Penny Haws

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until December 18, 2021
This class will combine Hatha Yoga with mindfulness, creating greater awareness and body sensitivity to heal and open the heart. This is a nurturing practice that stretches the body, opens the joints, and strengthens the immune system with attention focused on one’s breathing. Beginners welcome. No registration required. Love offering.
Penny is a RYT® 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher and has taught at Sentara Health System and Old Dominion University for over 20 years as an adjunct professor. She is enthusiastic about sharing her love of body/mind/spirit practice.
