Tai Chi for All Abilities with Katie Cook

Easy Tai Chi –Meditation in motion through gentle body movement, breath, and focusing the mind. All abilities are welcome to this accessible practice, which incorporates both chair and some walking but is easily adaptable.
Practices will incorporate qigong and will touch on a very simplified form of tai chi.
You will need to sign a Liability Release Form prior to starting classes.
Katie Cook is a RYT® 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher, a Qigong practitioner (trained through the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi), a Spiritual Director, Certified Integrative Health Coach (Duke Integrative Medicine trained), and Healing Touch Certified Practitioner. Katie is passionate about fostering communities that encourage harmony, vitality, and peace. She aims to empower abundant wellbeing through mind/body/spirit practices.
