Vegan Cooking Class with Lisbet Chiriboga

A repeat of our first class of the series will be at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19. We will learn Tofu 101! Learn about the health benefits of soy and the versatility of tofu! This will be a hands-on class where we will prepare tofu recipes for breakfast, lunch and dessert. Get tips on healthy, plant-based eating from the instructor – 22 years vegan. All recipes are naturally gluten-free.
