“The Christ You Are”

Last Sunday we talked about Unity’s first principle: “God is Absolute Good, and everywhere present.” God is All That Is, including you, me, and everyone else. As we say in Unity: “We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”

Hearing that is one thing; knowing it is another.

Jesus said, “You are the light of the world.” He wanted us to know our Divine identity. In Unity, we call it “the Christ within.” The Christ, as we define it, is the full expression of God in humankind. Jesus epitomized the Christ, but also let us know, “What I have done you shall do too, and greater things still.”
This Sunday, I’ll explore Unity’s second principle, which says, “Our very essence is of God, and we are inherently good.”
Join us for a provocative Sunday with an encouraging message about who you truly are, and all you are meant to be. Throughout this five-part series on Unity’s basic principles, we’re including a brief time for Q&A after each talk. Your ideas and insights are welcome!
