During this sacred season of Lent, we are invited into a deeper awareness—not simply of sacrifice. I remember giving up chocolate as a kid! Metaphysically, Lent is not about giving something up in lack, but about releasing what no longer serves our highest good and making space for renewal. It is a time to gently and courageously ask: What am I ready to become?

Teens and Tweens are invited to explore their inner visions and Recharge/ Power up their mental, physical and Spiritual battery with interactive sensory experiences. The entrepreneurship CONVERSATION WILL BE REVISITED and Teens encouraged to display or exhibit their interest, work (skills) and talents.

Qigong/Tai Chi with Katie Cook

Join us for a weekly Qigong Tai Chi gathering and step into a sacred rhythm of movement and breath. This ancient, meditative practice gently centers your energy, awakens presence, and supports balance in body, mind, and spirit. All experience levels are welcome as we cultivate peace from the inside out, together.
