“Great News for Hampton Roads! We will be creating our first legendary “Dances of Universal Peace” gathering on Sunday afternoon, June 23rd at 4:00pm. We have finally coordinated all of the myriad pieces to make this happen! We are incredibly excited to anchor this amazing dance tradition locally. There are dedicated DUP circles all over the world.
Unity Renaissance has kindly extended their beautiful sanctuary. This is a rare and blessed opportunity, as a handful of very talented musicians and dance leaders have agreed to travel from the Richmond, VA area to make this beautiful gathering possible.
Raising our voices together in sacred prayer, oneness, celebration, and synchronized beauty is such an incredible gift to experience! I will be co-leading the dances with Hayat Bain, a beautiful leader of Sufi Dance. Weather permitting, we can form our circle outside in the enchantment of the garden. 🍃🦋🎋
