“Goin Om” Movie Screening and Sound Bath Meditation!!

On Friday November 12th, at Unity Renaissance Church in Chesapeake, we will be holding a FREE screening of Going Om , an amazing new documentary film directed by Christina Grozik that explores and identifies how sound helps us to heal and reharmonize our lives!

Director and Sound Healer Christina Grozik will begin the event by leading a sound bath meditation to show us how it will help us before watching the movies together.

Here is an introduction to the film:

“In the beginning, there was sound. It has been used throughout history as a transformational tool in ceremonies, celebrations and even in times of war. It can soothe us in the form of a gentle rain or create anxiety invoked by blaring sirens passing by.

The sound bath meditation will be from 7-8pm and has a suggested love donation of 10 dollars.

The film will be shown from 8-9:30 with a brief Q and A afterwards with the Director!!
