Mindfulness and Breath Work for Peace and Health

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until December 28, 2020
By familiarizing our mind with a calming and relaxing state we can experience a balanced and healthier life.
Learn to calm your body and clear your mind in a nurturing and safe environment. Together we’ll explore the tranquil and restorative space of meditation and breath work. You will receive the support and guidance to create a daily practice that will benefit you for the rest of your life.
Together we will cultivate a state of peacefulness and happiness by developing our capacity to respond rather than react to life’s challenges.
What to bring: wear comfortable clothing and a journal. During our session we will practice social distancing; masks are optional.
