Sound Bath Meditation

Sunday, March 31st, after the Multi-Generational Service, please stick around to enjoy a Sound Bath Meditation led by Rev. Brien Egan and his son, Shanyn Egan. Sound healing with a sound bath meditation is a method of releasing the blockages in our energetic system with pure vibrational tones and frequency. Brien and Shanyn will use crystal healing bowls and pyramids along with Karuna Reiki chanting and toning to help you create peace in your presence. The meditation will be for love donations with a suggested donation of $10 or more to help our Youth of Unity Teen program flourish. All donations will go to the Y.O.U.
