JCOC Dinner Service

We CAN feed 100 people! Would you like to bond with your Unity family in providing a meal for those who are experiencing homelessness or food insecurity? The meal will be prepared in our kitchen on the afternoon of Friday, March 8. Guests will be served at 5:30 that evening at a place yet to be announced. We will need donations and volunteers for a variety of items, tasks, and time slots: providing food or paper/plastic products; homemade dessert donations; food preparation, assembly, and cleanup at Unity (1:30 – 4:00); transporting food to Mt. Olive Baptist Church (3:30 – 6:00); serving and cleanup at Mount Olive Baptist Church (5:00 – 6:30). Families with children ages 10 and up are welcome, and youth ages 16 and up can volunteer on their own. As Jesus said, “Whatever we do to the least of our neighbors, we do to Him.”
