Abie Tremblay is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and an alumna of Old Dominion University. She served as a mental health clinician in Virginia’s state prisons for the past five years. Abie’s areas of focus are trauma recovery, mindful self-care, substance misuse recovery, group therapy, and existential crises. Through her personal experiences and studies, and now in her work in the prisons, Abie continues to learn that grief has many faces and many comforts. Abie lives in Norfolk with her partner and her standard poodle.
